Our Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, we’re here to help.
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a product exchange, online shop credit or gift voucher.
Return Eligibility
All pieces must be returned in new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging. Any returns that are damaged or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
You will also need to provide your receipt/proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Return My Item
To initiate a return request, please send a picture of the item and the invoice/receipt to pamanalifestyle@gmail.com.
Please return the item to us via post. Shipping fees, if any, are to be borne by the customer.
We strongly advise shipping the item via tracked/signed delivery and secured with bubble wrap, as we will not be able to issue an exchange, online credit or gift voucher for lost or damaged packages.
Extended 1 Year Warranty
Every Pamana piece purchased is covered by a 1 year warranty when a valid proof of purchase is presented. During your warranty period you can arrange for a replacement or store credit.
Unfortunately, we do not offer repairs or replating services, but any manufacturing defects like breakage are covered in this time period and we're committed to replacing these at no cost or give you store credit, depending on stock availability.

Damaged Product
If the item is faulty or damaged when you receive it, please inform us within 24 hours including a photo and description of the fault/damage. You can contact us at pamanalifestyle@gmail.com.
We will replace a defective or damaged product for you at no additional cost.
Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
